  • Shatgumbad Mosque is the largest of the Sultanate mosques in Bangladesh and one of the most impressive Muslim monuments in the whole of the Indian subcontinent. The mosque was built by Khan Jahan Ali in the 15th century and has walls of unusually thick, tapered brick in the Tughlaq style. The mosque is decorated mostly with terracotta and bricks. It is a UNESCO world heritage. Bagerhat, Bangladesh.
